What materials do you use for your custom creations?

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality, jewelry-grade stainless steel with a highly durable silver or 18K gold (vermeil) finish. Each piece is meticulously polished to a mirror-like shine and treated to resist water and everyday wear. We guarantee long-lasting jewelry with a flawless appearance.

How long will it take to receive my personalized jewelry?

The standard production and delivery time is 10 to 15 business days . Since each piece is custom-made—from the calligraphy design to the engraving—this timeframe allows us to guarantee exceptional craftsmanship. Once your creation is complete, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its shipment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I provide a first name in French or Arabic?

Absolutely. You can provide the first name in the language of your choice (French, Arabic, or other). Our specialized team then transliterates the name into Arabic script, respecting the rules of calligraphy and adapting the layout for a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing result.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry if it is personalized?

Since each piece of jewelry is made to order, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a defect or error on our part. If you notice a defect or error, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can find a suitable solution.

Yes. Every Talisma™ piece of jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty , covering any manufacturing defects. In case of a problem, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. To activate the warranty, please keep your proof of purchase.
