Made to measure in our workshops, delivery of your personalized jewelry takes up to 10 days.

This delivery time is due to our guarantee of completely free shipping for the customer , allowing us to offer competitive prices and protect the environment. All of this results in additional time. Furthermore, 10 days are added to the stated delivery time, including production time, as our jewelry is handmade, custom-made, just for you, and all our packages are securely packaged .

DELIVERY TRACKING

Order tracking is automatically provided to the customer via email within 72 hours of the completion of the personalized jewelry production.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Delivery times take into account working days as well as weekends and public holidays . It takes approximately 3 weeks in total.

Your order may be delivered by your local postal service or by a courier. Most orders, depending on your location, are delivered by the local postal service, so you will receive your package by mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office may leave a delivery notice informing you how and when to collect your package.
