DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are 3.5 euros in France and internationally.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Custom-made in our workshops, the delivery of your personalized jewelry takes up to 10/15 business days. 

This allows us to offer competitive prices and protect the environment. All of this adds extra time. In addition, 10 days are added to the mentioned timeframe, including production time, as our jewelry is handmade, custom-made, just for you, and all our packages are secure.

 

DELIVERY TRACKING

Order tracking is automatically provided to the customer by email within 5 days of the completion of personalized jewelry production.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Delivery times take into account business days as well as weekends and public holidays. This takes approximately 3 weeks in total.

Your order may be delivered by your local postal service or by a courier. Most orders, depending on your location, are delivered by the local postal service, so you will receive your package by mail. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice may be left by the post office informing you how and when to pick up your package.
