We are currently working hard to offer free returns on your orders. We hope to achieve this in 2019. Therefore, product returns are currently at your expense unless the reason for the return is a quality defect.

If we deem it necessary to reimburse you for return shipping costs due to a defect, these will be refunded to your original payment method.

The product must be returned in its original condition with all its components. A product received that does not match its original condition will not be refunded. Please also note that items are refundable if they have not been used and if they have all their barcode labels. Personalized products are not refundable.

Your purchase will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
